D-City Services

The Ministry of Transportation and Communications(MOTC) is conducting testing and experiments primarily focused on the C-V2X system of connected vehicles within the "D-City Test Field" to assist in the development of connected vehicle-related industries. MOTC and Taiwan Telematics Industry Association (TTIA) jointly established the Taiwan C-ITS Roadside Open Standards (TCROS) and provide information interface services in compliance with these standards.

Field Testing

This field focuses on field testing in C-V2X connected vehicles-related applications. The projects cover "Roadside signal information interface", "Sensor installation", "Roadside equipment installation and information interface", "Vehicle equipment testing."

Traffic Controller Pretest

MOTC promotes the development of the Internet of Vehicles and subsidizes traffic control projects. The Danhai Office assists in pre-testing of signal controller model standardization.

Laboratory Verification

TTIA has established a TCROS verification laboratory. Those who have verification needs can apply to the association. After completing the verification, a verification report (valid for 3 years) can be obtained.
