Taiwan C-ITS Roadside Open Standards
Following the development of the international Connected Vehicle market, the Ministry of Transport has executed the " An Intelligent Transportation Open Field Test Project in Danhai New Town ". The "TCROS Working Group" was established by the Taiwan Telematics Industry Association (TTIA) to invite industry, government and academia to discuss the formulation of Connected Vehicle standards.
綜上所述，TCROS工作小組於2021年訂定公告「Traffic Controller to Roadside Open Standard, TCROS V1.0」標準及相關檢測規範，其內容可因應我國即有之「都市交通控制通訊協定3.0版」的應用架構，並可滿足SAE J2735的國際標準通訊協定。
" An Intelligent Transportation Open Field Test Project Phase II in Danhai New Town " was executed in 2022. Taking into consideration that the Connected Vehicle application scenarios are not only related to signal controllers, the standard name is "Taiwan C-ITS Roadside Open Standards, TCROS" .
其標準內容已套用於「淡海D-City試驗場域」設施，同時已有多家號誌控制器廠、AI影像辦識廠、車聯網設備廠、資安憑證廠、系統整合廠及驗證實驗室使用TCROS。此外，淡海場域做為國內首要開放式車聯網試驗場域外，除可供車聯網相關產業測試檢測外，更結合國際驗證組織將於淡海場域辦理2023年台北聯網車互通測試大會，以落實國內淬鍊組織、海外供應輸出。

「Traffic Controller to Roadside Open Standard, TCROS V1.0」標準及相關檢測規範，其內容可因應我國即有之「都市交通控制通訊協定3.0版」的應用架構，並可滿足SAE J2735的國際標準通訊協定。 TCROS V1.0 主要包含SPaT與V2X MAP 2項協定內容。

TCROS 2023 completely is compatible with the content of TCROS V1.0 and did the feedback adjustment. TCROS 2023 includes 7 protocols including SPaT, V2X MAP, V3 TCROS USE, SRM, SSM, PSM, and TIM.

2024年4月16日公告「Taiwan C-ITS Roadside Open Standards, TCROS」標準及相關檢測規範，其內容可因應我國即有之「都市交通控制通訊協定3.0版」的應用架構，並可滿足SAE J2735的國際標準通訊協定。TCROS 2024完整承繼 TCROS 2023內容，並修訂自公告以來各界的調整意見。TCROS 2024包含SPaT 、V2X MAP 、V3 TCROS USE、SRM、SSM、PSM、TIM、RSA、EVA、BSM 10項協定內容。
