交通部為協助未來車聯網相關產業發展，於「淡海D-City試驗場域」內進行智慧運輸先進功能創新應用，以車聯網C-V2X相關系統為主的試檢測試。更提供符合交通部及台灣車聯網產業協會（TTIA）共同訂定之Taiwan C-ITS Roadside Open Standards（TCROS）之資訊介接服務。

專案辦公室前測

本辦公室協助進行C-V2X車聯網相關產品功能的前測作業，項目涵蓋：號誌控制器(TC)、路側設備(RSU)、車側設備(OBU)

場域實地測試

2026年4月起開放測試

本場域著重在C-V2X車聯網相關應用領域的實地測試，項目涵蓋「號誌資訊介接」、「RSU及資訊發布/接收之正確性檢測」、「OBU資訊發布/接收之功能檢測」。

Laboratory Verification

TTIA has established a TCROS verification laboratory. Those who have verification needs can apply to the association. After completing the verification, a verification report (valid for 3 years) can be obtained.
