Locomotive network collaboration security and service diffusion pilot research project
This project will continue the implementation results of the "Research and Field Test Plan for Application of Connected Vehicle Technology in Motorcycle Safety Improvement" and the "Networked Smart Motorcycle Safety and Shared Field Test Research Plan", and spread the implementation site to an open environment. Introduce smart safety services to general roads outside the campus, develop lightweight smart roadside facilities and smart networked safety motorcycles, use motorcycles as the main users to demonstrate the service effectiveness, and establish a future that is transferable, can release messages, and can operate sustainably for people and vehicles. Luyun collaboration system. This project is expected to construct roadside facilities on open general roads near colleges and universities in "Zhongli District, Taoyuan City" and "Tsui District, New Taipei City", introduce a motorcycle network safety warning solution, and use AI image recognition and cloud big data real-time Detect the riding conditions of passing vehicles, evaluate vehicle riding hazards, and provide road condition warnings to vehicle drivers through vehicle-road interaction to improve road safety.

The vehicle-side equipment in this phase of the project will continue to be built into the motorcycle according to the model of the previous phase. It will transmit the location and dynamic information of the motorcycle through the device networking function, and will expand the collaboration of receiving cloud platform data and displaying information on the vehicle side and the rider side. mechanism to strengthen the warning effect for motorcycle driving. In addition, riding data will also be collected for commercial service motorcycles of different types to improve the diversity of motorcycle riding behavior analysis, analyze dangerous driving hot spots, discover dangerous road sections, and provide road safety management units with reference for improvements. This phase of the project aims to promote the development and implementation of motorcycle safety applications by expanding the application demonstration scope and projects of motorcycle networking, and hopes that subsequent successful experiences can provide local traffic management units with the ability to copy, learn and use technologies and services that effectively improve traffic safety. , improve the safety of motorcycles, thereby creating a safer overall traffic environment.
